Tired of waiting in line at the courthouse in order to simply file your traffic ticket?

You may have in the past experienced the long line ups, time spent, parking fees, transportation fees and or fuel costs, all this time spent simply to request a trial date.

Traffic Ticket Solutions provides this service to you for a fee of $20.00 + HST, per set of tickets received at one traffic stop. This can be done by using our online trial request.

This service is strictly to file your ticket in court, and not for legal representation of your traffic matter. Unfortunately, unless you have retained us to fight your traffic ticket, we can only process your request for a trial date through our online services.

Our quick and easy online option can save you time, money and the aggravation of having to attend the court house and waiting in line.

Your trial request will be filed personally by an agent from Traffic Ticket Solutions, within the 15 day deadline.

Traffic Ticket Solutions will provide you with a stamped copy of your ticket after we have filed the ticket with the court house.

Kindly provide us with a copy of your ticket either by fax or email along with a copy of the credit card authorization form completed and signed.

If your ticket is past the 15 days:

We can still file the ticket within 25 days of the infraction date at the courts below:
Eglinton
Markham
Old City Hall

Otherwise:

You will not be able to request a trial date using our online trial request service. It does not necessarily mean that it is too late to fight your ticket. Most of the court offices will allow you to request a trial date past the 15 days. You will need to follow the options on the back of your ticket or contact the court location for filing information. Please note that if you do retain our services to fight your ticket past the 15 days, a representative from Traffic Ticket Solutions will request a trial date on your behalf.

A representative from Traffic Ticket Solutions will request the trial date personally at the court office on your behalf. If any conviction should occur on our part, we will correct the error. If a conviction occurs due to a court error we do not take any liability on their part.

Unfortunately, unless you have retained us to fight your traffic ticket, we can only process your request for a trial date through our online services.

Once you have inputted all of the necessary information and sent us a copy of your ticket successfully, we will send you a receipt for confirmation. This will be sent by way of email within 24 hours of sending us the online information. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our office immediately.

A Notice of Trial letter will be mailed to your address within 8-10 weeks from the date you request your trial date. Some areas like Toronto, can take anywhere from 4 to 8 months before you receive a Notice of Trial from the courts. Please note that the courts send the trial notice to the address that you indicate in your online request. If you move you must notify the court house right away. We WILL NOT be notified or have access to your trial date unless you have fully retained us to fight your ticket. You will need to follow up with the appropriate court office by phone should you not receive a notice in the mail.

Upon receiving your notice of trial in the mail you can always hire Traffic Ticket Solutions to fight your ticket.
